Return & Refund Policy

At Sheopals Private Limited, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, please note the following terms regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility:
    • Once a product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
    • We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in their original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition, with the original receipt and tags intact.
    • An incorrect product has been delivered to the user i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
    • Any return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Conditions for Exchange:
    • If you encounter any issues or defects with the product, we will facilitate return and exchange in 7 days. To initiate this, please reach out to us via email at care@sheopals.in within 24 hours from the receipt of the product.
    • Our team will assess the product and shall contact you to verify any damages or defects before proceeding with a replacement.
    • Return requests will be subject to verification and approval by Sheopals Private Limited.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange.
    • Products damaged due to improper usage, neglect, or incorrect application are not covered by our return policy.
  4. Shipping Charges:
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you qualify for a return or exchange.
    • The shipping cost for free trials is also non-refundable.
  5. Return/Exchange Process:
    • Products requested to return/exchange under this policy will be subject to quality inspection. In the event the product to be returned/exchanged satisfies the inspection/testing, the product will be product will be exchanged/taken for return accordingly. Once a return is accepted, please allow 10-15 business days for your request to be processed. The full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued once your product is returned and inspected.
  6. Refund Procedure:
    • Refunds, if any, whether in the form of cash or credit in wallet, will be processed within 7-21 working days from:
    • The user providing the appropriate account details in case of cash refund.
    • Receipt of the product by the company.
    • Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. However, there will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.
    • There will be no refunds in the discounted bills where any kinds of discounts are applied to the order.
  7. Non-Refundable Items:
    • No Refund shall be made for any products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in sellable condition.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on products after 7 days of delivery, unless damaged during shipment or if the product was sold in a defective condition.
    • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.
