PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sheopal's Vitiloma Combo - Ayurvedic Dual Support for Healthier Skin

Vitiligo affects nearly 1–2% of people worldwide, and in India, some studies report it affecting as many as 8 in 100 people, making it far more common than many assume.

Sheopal's Vitiloma combo brings together a skin lotion and capsules made to sit comfortably within your everyday routine, formulated with traditional herbal ingredients such as Bakuchi, Manjistha, Neem and Aloe Vera, which have long been valued in Ayurveda's approach to skin care.

Together, they're designed to nourish your skin from within, keep it hydrated and gently cared for, and bring a sense of consistency to your day. The capsule supports melanin production and purifies your blood of toxins, while the lotion keeps your skin nourished to give your skin a healthy and fine appearance. It has a lightweight, non-greasy formula that's easy to use whether it’s morning or night.

How to use: To use, apply the lotion to clean, dry skin twice daily and take 1 capsule twice a day with warm water after a meal, ideally at the same time each day for the best routine.

As with any new skin or wellness product, do a patch test before first use, avoid contact with the eyes, consult your doctor if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Vitiloma Tablet | Vitiloma Lotion
Bakuchi

Bakuchi

It contains psoralen, a compound studied for its ability to enhance skin pigmentation. Some research suggests it may work by encouraging melanocyte (pigment-cell) activity, potentially supporting repigmentation.

Khadir

Khadir

It appears in classical texts among herbs traditionally used for leucoderma and other skin conditions. Studies have confirmed its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.

Amla

Amla

A randomized trial found that a topical amla gel improved skin hydration, elasticity and tone over 84 days without irritation. Most of its reputation comes from its very high vitamin C content.

Neem

Neem

A peer-reviewed dermatology review found neem has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties supporting its traditional use as a skin therapy.

Bhringraj

Bhringraj

It is mostly studied for hair, but pharmacological reviews document anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, and traditional sources note its use for skin disorders and minor allergic irritation.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha

Its best-supported skin benefit is stress-related: clinical research shows it can lower cortisol by up to 30% over 8 weeks, and a study on an ashwagandha lotion found it reduced visible photoaging from UV exposure.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera

It is well studied: clinical trials document antibacterial, wound-healing, and skin-repair effects, and it has been shown to stimulate collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production.

Yashtimadhu

Yashtimadhu

It is good for calming irritated skin; its demulcent and anti-inflammatory action is studied for helping eczema, psoriasis and dry, itchy skin.

Pippali

Pippali

It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce oxidative stress and signs of premature ageing.

Manjistha Kwath

Manjistha Kwath

A 2025 study found a Rubia cordifolia extract reduced disease activity in a mouse model of vitiligo, acting on an immune pathway implicated in the condition.

Guduchi

Guduchi

Studies show it suppresses inflammatory cytokines and helps stabilize immune cell balance, relevant given vitiligo's autoimmune component.

Bakuchi

Bakuchi

It contains psoralen, a compound studied for its ability to enhance skin pigmentation. Some research suggests it may work by encouraging melanocyte (pigment-cell) activity, potentially supporting repigmentation.

Neem

Neem

A peer-reviewed dermatology review found neem has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties supporting its traditional use as a skin therapy.

Aloe Vera

Karanj

Karanj

It shows up in classical formulas for pigmentation-related skin issues alongside eczema and boils, with modern reviews confirming anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action for eczema.

Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil

Randomized trials show it performs comparably to mineral oil for dry skin while strengthening the skin barrier and reducing inflammatory markers.

Sesame Oil

Sesame Oil

It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, aiding wound healing and skin rejuvenation. Sesame oil is the traditional carrier oil used with Bakuchi specifically for vitiligo treatment in Sri Lankan Ayurvedic practice.

Any Last Question?

It's a two-part routine — a skin lotion and herbal capsules — made for people navigating visible skin tone differences, including vitiligo, who want a daily care ritual that addresses both the outside and the inside.

Apply the lotion to clean, dry skin [twice] daily, and take [two] capsules with water after a meal, ideally at the same time each day for consistency.

Herbal routines work gradually, and everyone's skin responds differently, so we'd recommend using the combo consistently for a few weeks as part of your daily routine rather than expecting overnight change.

The lotion includes Bakuchi, Neem, Karanj, Yashtimadhu, Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil and Sesame Oil, while the capsules bring together herbs like Bakuchi, Khadir, Amla, Bhringraj, Ashwagandha, Manjistha and Guduchi — all rooted in traditional Ayurvedic use.

We'd recommend checking with your doctor first, since several of the herbs in this combo (including Bakuchi and Yashtimadhu) aren't typically advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Yes, possibly — Bakuchi is known to increase skin's sensitivity to sunlight, so it's best to avoid prolonged, direct sun exposure after applying the lotion, or use sun protection.

It's a good idea to check with your doctor first, since herbal ingredients can sometimes interact with other treatments or medications.

The combo is intended for adult use; if you have particularly sensitive skin, we'd suggest doing a patch test before regular use.

Stop using the product right away, and consult your doctor if the irritation doesn't settle on its own.
